What type of gemstones do you use in Lumorelle jewelry?
We use natural Moissanite with D color (colorless) and VVS1-VVS2 clarity in all our jewelry.
How does moissanite compare to diamonds?
Moissanite is nearly as hard as diamonds (9.25 vs 10 on the Mohs scale), more brilliant, and eco-friendly. It offers vs.similar beauty at a fraction of the cost.
What metals do you use in your settings?
We offer 10k and 14k gold (yellow, white, and rose) and s925 silver, gold filled and other high-quality metal settings. All our metals are nickel-free.
Are your metals hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Lumorelle jewelry?
Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity from GRA. If you have concerns, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and certificate.
Do you offer customization for your jewelry?
We do not offer customization services. Our collections feature carefully curated designs that are ready to wear.

What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. It's easier to use a ring adjuster for a slightly loose ring than to wear a tight one.
Do you offer resizing services?
We don't offer resizing services. We recommend using our detailed Ring Sizing Guide and getting professionally measured to ensure you order the correct size.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
If your ring doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within our 30-day return period. Contact us to initiate the exchange process.

What happens if a stone falls out or the setting gets damaged?
If this occurs within the first year and is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge under our warranty.
